Co-presented by the Asian American Women Artists Association and JAMsj, AGRARIANNA--art inspired by APA agricultural roots--opened on March 9th and will continue through September 29, 2019. Featuring artists Shari Arai DeBoer, Mitsuko Brooks, Yurika Chiba, Reiko Fujii, General Sisters, Tina Kashiwagi, Sita Kuratomi Bhaumik, Lucien Kubo and Judy Shintani, the multi-media exhibit highlights the rich history of Japanese American agricultural crafts, legacies and present-day community placemaking.
